SNOW! that's so great! i NEVER get snow where i am, haha. do you live in finland? anyway. i like this one better than the other blue-hour-long-exposure you posted-- the trees help to break up the otherwise typical composition (maybe mix it up next time by not shooting at a standing angle?). the trees look do blurry, though (not sure whether that's lens softness, myshot softness, the wind, or a combination). the tones are great, and the color of the clouds is the perfect compliment to the sky. what brand/stop ND did you use? and D7000? wow. nice.

Ah, the blues. They give this such a wintery feel. The gold on the horizon adds some nice contrast. The silhouettes of the trees look perfect. And nice with the clouds! However, it lacks something. If the trees weren't there, that might free the expanse of sky, maybe make it look more "open"? Also, unless it's just my screen, it appears to have suffered My Shot softening to some extent. :/ One more thing: The corners look darker than the main focus. Was that intentional? =) Anyway, the emptiness gives out a really peaceful feel. The scenery is beautiful. So are the soft colors. Do you live in Finland? :D And do you mind looking at my newest photos, and maybe looking at my new account "Echo"? Thanks. :)

Love the color and clouds. I wish the trees were about clearer, but i don't know how you could fix that

@babystruck, vignetting is a natural aberration in wide-angle lenses. it's more pronounced in some, though-- like the nikkor 10-24mm, apparently. :)

This is very pretty and I love the blue color of the sky. Great job and cool. :D

This is perfect. Wonderful idea and outcome. Favorite. Wait a sec- I'm not a fan? WHA-? Ok let me fix that... Also, would you be able to critic/comment on my photos? I would be so honored. :)

Thank's. Yeah I live in Finland. The trees are sharp, not sure what causes them to look blur on My Shot :D Shooting lower would make the trees too big compared to the sky in my opinion. It would be more like the traditional wide angle shot though :) Thank you all for your comments, I really appreciate them.

Superb! I've yet to try this. My rubbish ND filters are cheap and only work with a blue sky or, at a pinch, a pink sunset. Orange or yellow gets turned magenta, ugh. What kind do you use?
