For the money it cost there's no competition. I would love a Canon lens but they cost thousands. The Sigma is great though, I definitely recommend it. Good luck

The Bewick's on the right has a shorter neck and is generally smaller, it also has a smaller, more rounded yellow patch on the beak whereas the Whooper has a larger wedge shaped yellow patch.
